We had a wonderful time and would return there. Very clean and luxury hotel with private parking. The Pond is close enough to the venue. Enjoyed that its rooms had a minibar, climate control and a work desk.

We, the 4 couples have a marvelous time at the Tours around nyc with a great 4 hours. We all feel good and amazing the rooms in good designer. Also we all feel comfort and very friendly staff and the services. We are all having a great good time at Da Marino Ristorante Italiano for our greatest taste of their food. We loved it and took us all a photo of their famous Italy country oil paint on every walls as... Ahhhhh,Wow !! We will come back to inform to our other couples friend in the future. Room is small, typical for Manhattan. Tile in shower very moldy and evidence of leaks. Otherwise clean.

The location
Time Hotel is a bit worn and tired. The bathroom sink almost fell off the pedestal and the tub faucet valve was so stripped that the water temperature was difficult to control. The HVAC system was noisy and the controls appeared to do little than turn the unit on and off. The elevator noise made for a restless night of sleep. I thought that charging $6 for bag storage was also a joke.

The rooms were not as clean and tidy as expected. The rooms were in need for repairs. I didn't feel comfortable.

Although the hotel seems to have been recently renovated, they did not substitute or improved the air conditioning units, which means you cannot control the temperature in the room, according to your needs; also the shower wasn't capable of holding water, which led to a lake in the bathroom. We changed room three times, with the promise of a working air conditioning in all of the rooms, which never happened; when we finally decided to check out, the receptionist didn't even bother to investigate why we were leaving. Won't be staying there again.

No hot water for bathtub. I had to use plastic wastebasket liner to life 1 gallon of water at a time from the sink nearby (which did have hot water), in order to warm the water in the tub to be able to take a comfortable bath. The manager did give me a reduction, upon my request and complaint.
